Treat people the way you'd want to be treated, keep things legal, and help us keep Infernite a place people actually want to hang out.
1. Respect each other
- No harassment. Don't target, bully, threaten or repeatedly contact someone who doesn't want to hear from you.
- No hate. Don't attack people for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or similar characteristics.
- No threats of violence and no encouraging others to hurt someone or themselves.
- No doxxing. Don't share someone's private information without their permission.
2. Keep people safe
- Never share or request sexual content involving minors. We report it to the authorities.
- Don't share sexual content of anyone without their consent.
- Don't glorify or promote self-harm or suicide. If you or someone you know is struggling, reach out to a local crisis line.
- Don't organize, promote or support violent or extremist groups.
3. Content rules
- Keep explicit content to spaces clearly marked for adults, and never in profiles, avatars or server icons.
- Don't post graphic violence or gore to shock people.
- Respect copyright. Only share things you have the right to share.
- Don't spread false information that could cause real-world harm.
4. Keep the platform working
- No spam, scams, phishing or malware.
- Don't impersonate other people, staff or Infernite itself.
- Don't use bots, scripts or alternate accounts to get around limits, bans or moderation.
- Don't try to break into accounts or exploit bugs. If you find one, report it to us instead.
5. Being a good beta tester
- Keep your beta tester code to yourself unless we've said you can share it.
- Report bugs and anything confusing. Small details help.
- Expect rough edges, and be patient with each other while we fix them.
6. Running a server
If you own or moderate a server, you're responsible for keeping it within these guidelines. Set clear rules, use roles and permissions, and act on reports from your members.
7. Reporting
If you see something that breaks these guidelines, report it from the message or profile menu, or email the people who run Infernite. We review reports and keep the identity of the person who reported private.
8. Enforcement
Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, send a warning, limit features, or suspend or ban accounts and servers. Severe violations, like anything involving the exploitation of minors, lead to an immediate ban. These guidelines work together with our Terms of Service.
